BiBi® is the first and only internet user interface for fully automatic watermakers.
BiBi® can be installed as an optional on new units or after-sales and it is compatible with iOS and Android operating systems. Thanks to this device, the technical assistance is implemented on the watermaker, remotely, notifying in advance any malfunction, by communicating directly with the user, notifying the HP Watermakers technical office in real time.
BiBi® also communicates in real time with the HP operations center to assist the user in an alarm or emergency situation and sends an error report directly to an authorized HP service closest to the user.
BiBi® adds a one-year warranty to the watermaker and a priority fast lane service (eg HPSC140 RPTRONIC® BiBi® 3 years + 1 year = total 4 years warranty).
BiBi® is connected to a MODBUS protocol on the watermaker. This card is bi-directionally connected to the internet and able to receive and send commands. The system works through a cloud application, where users can log in with a dedicated password. Authorized users will have access to watermaker control and full diagnostics. It will therefore be possible to turn the watermaker ON or OFF, reset the alarms, monitor the operation of the machine and monitor all the data of the watermaker via any internet connected device.
